Getting Harassment Rep Points

- Attacking/harassing other members - You are allowed to disagree with the opinions of other members but you are not allowed to attack the person or their circumstances.

I've been a decent member of this forum for awhile now and it really seems to have hit the bottom lately. Someone is attacking me by giving me negative rep and posting derogatory comments in my profile for no reason.
I would like to know how I can go about finding out who this person is and if I have any way to stop this.
