Hey all! I'm hoping there is a Wordpress Ninja out there who might know how to help me out. Long story short - I have a blog about restaurants, and I'd like to show a Google map of the restaurants location on the front page. Getting the map to appear inside the post is easy...but I was hoping someone would know how to tell the theme to show the iframe Google map for the front page of the blog for each post. Here is a screenshot of what I'm talking about. The theme uses custom fields, so I'm thinking this shouldn't be too hard? If anyone could help, you might just make dreams come true Thanks!!!
To be honest, I'm thinking it's definitely possible, and not the hardest thing to accomplish. I believe you would just establish the address in a custom field, and it would pull a map for it each time. Sorry to say though buddy, I wouldn't know how to accomplish it. Hope you find someone!
Hi You could install the Google Maps Plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/xml-google-maps/ I believe this should help you achieve what your trying to undertake.
