ha ha - I hope you are making a sarcastic comment, there is no minimum to spend before you get support.
They usually aren't very helpful. They want you to spend as much as possible, not save money. You've just got to learn the system on your own through trial and error and watching what your competition is doing.
Bang on. I once had a chat with a lady from Google and I knew more than she did! What she was saying wasn't the best way to use the account, but would deplete my money quicker.
I'm so glad I found this forum before I wasted a lot of time with Google support. I'll be following posts carefully.
Yeah you are right... I am repeatedly contacting them since last week regarding my Adwords Credit Coupon but they are not replying properly...
I talk to my Google rep about once or twice a week. I am not sure what the deal is in regards to monthly ad spend versus support. I guess it would depend on how many client syou were managing on your MCC than the ad spend amount.
I would be interested to know as well, I tried to use an ad which included a trademark (I had permission) and Google wouldnt publish the ad - it said support would be in touch and that was a couple of weeks ago.
I've had a couple of Google reps over the years. Both times they approached us because we managed big budgets/had several clients in the MCC. I'm not sure what the trigger is though!
