Wait. If google know your site. Only wait.
But if u want fast indexing - get more back links, that's all secret :)

Make sure your sitemap.xml file includes the new urls so that they will be detected faster (assuming you have one submitted to Google Webmaster Tools).

Continue building links/traffic to your site and Google will handle the rest...

Im not sure if it will help, but if you make that new sitemap, you can REsubmit that sitemap using the Google Webmaster Tools. Then Google will download the new version ASAP.

how often do u update or add content?

build lots of backlinks, and if possible, have some BL from high PR pages. this will help in google bot crawling ur site more often

every time you add new content to your site, submit it to as many social bookmarking sites as possible, those sites should send you alot of spiders (usually from google/yahoo/msn) and your site should get indexed within a few minutes

You could submit in directories on in blogs or just make backlinks!
That will make the GBot come to you site more often and index you new pages!
    Hope this helps!
    Cheers!
