Getting error when submitting link

    Hello

    I have a Directory Joker web directory
    when i am submitting links here - http://www.jokerdir.info/submit.php?c=579

    Getting this error Unauthorized

    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
    Reason

    You are now allowed to submit using foreign pages or scripts!

    Please anyone give me solution for this problem
