getting error help required

    im getting an error while installing wordpress blog in my site.
    can you please help me with this.
    also can some one tell me if this error is from hosting side or fantasico issue ?

    Perhaps you need to change 'localhost' to something else.
    Make sure the database is created and its name is right in wp-config.php
    Make sure the user has all privileges to access the database.

    what error are you experiencing? I see it fine here, the title says "title here"
