Getting emails without receipts (Your) email ID ?

    I get lots of SPAM emails in my Outlook almost 10-15 this kind of emails where no receipts email id I meant my email id mentioned at To field, Lol :eek:......then how Am I getting those emails???

    How it possible to send email to me without my email id......:confused:
