I keep on getting all this emails with the messages below from cpanel at my VPS. What can be wrong when I get this messages ? Can it be because the VPS is overloaded in some way ?

    Thanks for the answer tanfwc.

Strange. This is at managed hosting at Liquidweb.com and their support have checked this many times, but it reappeared for the third time now. seems like they cannot fix it. How can this be ? Why is this happening again and again ?
Then they want me to upgrade to a larger VPS account, but why should that solve this problem ?

Just switch hosts if they're not willing to help. Seems like their VPS setup is messed up.

It needs a cPanel reinstall. Seems there was a problem where the cPanel was being installed. Can be due to kernel as well.

I had the same errors and am also hosted at Liquidweb. we are leasing the entire box, so I could do the cpanel reinstall myself and it didn't clear up the problem. FYI, it's the upcp cronjob that kicks out all these errors. So if you're trying to see if you fixed the problem you can re-run that script manually. I guess I'll look at the kernel next.
