There is a lot of methods, for example, slightly wet clothes or special sprays may help.

Why aren't you wearing your rubber underwear?

Seriously, take a look at some of the labels on your clothes. A lot of stuff that feels natural is actually synthetic. The next time you go shopping, make a point of getting clothes that are at least 90% natural fibres, they're so much more comfortable.

When I buy clothes I walk around the shop feeling them, to see which ones are made of natural fibres without having to look at too many labels. I may get some funny looks, but at least I don't end up walking around giving off sparks.

OK, I'll just wear a wetsuit when I'm at home. This will probably halp me save $$ on heating costs as well.

Abish, sorry I didn't respond to you. I do appreciate your suggestions. :)

    T0PS, I have a standard heating system w/ a humidifier.

Obelia, I agree with you. I buy clothes the same way. :D There are only a few brands I wear. And I don't even dry my clothes in the dryer. I have a large drying rack that I use to let everything air dry.

I'm just going to start wearing shoes in my house. The problem is my socks/sandals just get too charged up on the wood floors.
