Getting data from Outlook emails

    I have a couple of hundred of emails in Outlook. They are all of the same format and just contain a name and email address.

    I want a simple macro or programming way to go through them pull out the email address and put it in a text file or spreadsheet.

    Does anyone know of a simple way to do this without vb?
