Getting Clients Is so Hard Nowadays

    Hi all,

    I own the website mariohost(dot)com

    And I have been finding it difficult to pull in more clients

    I have a ppc, but the big companys always maximising the game and the amount on each keyword.

    What is the best way to promote my site and get more clients

    For one, your site is Flash which is not so good for SEO. Second, traffic isn't the only thing that gets clients. You also need to provide a good service and ample support.

    I have clients now and I have no complaints and no downtime, i created the site in flash as my skills are based around that, what can i do, can i convert flash to any other format readable for the search engines.

    How much do you advertise your host?
    It will still be difficult as the shared hosting market is so saturated these days.

    Many flash sites are appealing for the human eye but not so good for search engines.

    Some flash on a site is OK but search engines such as google like relevant, keyword-rich written content.

    There must be a balance for both your clients and the search engines.

    If I could make a suggestion, start a blog and write articles about your knowledge of the products with a link to your site.

    You could also add your products to your blog. Then submit your blog to blog directories.

    There are many ways, sharing information, articles about how to install something, try to help others in forums, signature in forums, offline ads, etc, there are many ways but you need to start trying :)

    i would NEVER buy hosting from a site that uses full flash. get rid of that site and code a real site, not a flash movie.
    trust me, people hate flash sites

    its little difficult to get a good rank for hosting keywords but once you get then you will post on this forum you have the maximum clients :D
