Getting Banned to Generate Impressions?

    Hi guys, do we get banned just to generate impressions. Because many people visit their website often to check updates.

    In that case, will it affect any ban?

    No You dont get banned just impression,many people update their content and visit their site often for checking.

    Do you mean by visiting your own site?
    That was always one of my biggest questions, because I'm constantly improving my site, optimizing it or adding content, so obviously I've got to visit my self to update and verify

    you do not get baned by visiting your own site. Just try to don't click on your own ads.

    there are fewer chances to get baned for this reason, but don't overdo this.

    What the? There is no problem at all when browsing to your website over and over again, it's normal. They won't ban you for this.

    Feel free to visit your site as much as you want. Hopefully you'll get to the point where you have better things to do. But there is no banning for visiting your own site.

    i never heard of someone who got banned for this.
    but they say in tos that you can generate impressions for your website but not to exaggerate

    Generating impression is against Adsense TOS. Here is a partial solution if you visit only home page or fewer pages.
    - Loging to your adsense account
    - click- ads setup.
    - go to your saved adsense units.
    - click on Preview
    -enter your url the it will open your site in a new window with url like this

    http://yoursite.com/?google_ad_over...wMDAwMHIGMDAwMEZGegYwMDgwMDCCAQZGRkZGRka6AgAU

    You can bookmark this url & can visit your site on this URL, I think it is safe.

    as u probably no clicking on ur ads is against adsense terms not visiting ur site, but using hide ads will get u banned ;)
