Getting back content impressions after URL change?

I recently moved my site to a different domain and updated the URL change with my adwords campaign, but nothing else was changed. Straight away I stopped getting content impressions although the search impressions remained about the same. I figured that the ad was just waiting to be reviewed again before being allowed on the content network, so I waited few days. On about the third day I noticed I was getting some content impressions but nowhere near the ammount I was getting before the URL change, probably only about 1% as much although my average position was actually better than before. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get back to the same ammount of content impressons as I was getting before the URL change or the best way to achieve this? Do I just need to wait it out or shall I up my CPC or daily budget? Is it possible that the ad still has not been reviewed or would I not get any content impressions if this was the case, I know google can take up to 7 days to review an ad.
    Thanks in advance.

The thing is the original ad was only created about a week or so before I switched domains so I did not think it would make much of a difference.

I've seen it take up to a week, and I've also seen it take less than 24 hours. I've found the best practice is just to wait. If it takes longer than week I'd fire off an e-mail to support to see if that could help speed the process along.

What !!!!!!! you change your domain Name?????????

By the way whats your name. As you put it there it is Mark....

Now I will call you "Mary"....Do you hear me...

    Nope

Thats your problem. You can not change your domain name. and still enjoy the past fruits.
