Getting around AdWords block...

I am in the middle of setting up a startup company called LayawayGuns.com

I decided to test out some keywords and found that the keyword 'Guns' in my domain name is keeping me from advertising with AdWords. Seems they are liberals and don't allow gun sites to advertise.

I have seen the keywords 'pricing guns' in adsense ads before so I don't know how they are getting around it.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Is it just the word guns in the domain name that they are objecting to?

They might have requested an exemption since pricing guns aren't firearms.

I was thinking about purchasing a domain name that didn't have the word gun in it and just forward it to the main domain name. I can use keywords like smith & wesson, glock, h&k, remington and so on instead of hitting on just guns.

But when I used the keyword tool for google adsense it allowed the word guns... just not in the domain name I guess.

    Anyone know why?
