what are the qualifications for a website to get approved by google is it very hard to be approved?

It is easy to get approved. Make a blogger blog and use it to sign up. You will get accepted pretty fast

 

With blogger now it's easier to get approved but you still have to write some decent content before submiting your application.

I was approved because of my single article . Having a site is not necessary . You can write a decent blog post and then easily get approved as well

Yeah, I did that. I only had 3 blog posts. It took 4 days to get approved, though.
