Some days before I bought an eBook related to Azoogle which we can make around $200 a day. But I haven't get approved by AzoogleAds till now. I submitted my application since 2 days but no response till now.

Please can anybody suggest me how to get approved by their team?

You need to say them that you have a site
and that you don't use incentive...

Get on the phone with them. They'll be reluctant to approve international applications. Make sure you're up-to-date on promotion techniques, ad networks and can really "talk the talk". Otherwise, you might be left out in the cold.

I had an old account there, but haven't used it for a few years. Now it seems to have been deleted or something since I can't login, any ideas if old affiliate accounts can be reinstated in azoogleads?

Talk to them on the phone.

Some networks delete accounts that have been inactive for a certain period. They can re-activate for you if the just deactivated it but you'll have to sign up again if it was deleted. Talk to them.

Yea I'll call them. So you think the account isn't deleted, but only deactivated? That would be cool, so I dont have to go through all the registration process again
