Getting an error on my site. Need Help

    I am getting an error on one of my new sites

    http://www.home-workouts.org

    It happens when i activate my theme for the site so im assuming its something with the theme.

    The weird thing is that i have used this theme on many sites and never had a problem, but i recently switched hosts which brings me to believe it is a problem with the host.

    If someone could take a look at the error and point me in the right direction as to where to go to get the problem fixed.

    Thanks allot i was able to find the problem. I wasnt aware that there was a whole community for the theme as i got it from somwhere else. Thanks again though.
