Yes I've read it before. I think my sites meet the requirements and I don't think they break the terms in any way....But I do have one question now because of their TOS update from this week....

Should I remove YPN ads from my sites that I'm trying to get an account for? I figured that they would realize that if I get an AdSense account I would remove the YPN ads but until then it would be OK to run them.

Could that be why they rejected the sites?

Well why does it matter if I have YPN ads on my site BEFORE I have Google ads? They won't approve any sites if they have other contextual ads on during the application process?

Great, It isn't hard to get a Google Adsense. Just create a blog in BLOGGER.COM and then apply for an adsense account. And after 1-3 days you will get approve. I hope this will resolve your problem. ;)

That is correct, but will that be fine? There should be no violation of TOS at the time of application and after getting account.

He needs to remove the Yahoo ads. But I think he can run adsense on page and yahoo ads on other, but not both on same page.

Also, there should be around 50-100 visits per months to your site. (no as such count rule, but it is trend)

Hope your site is not having pharmacy or adult kind of things. Nor it is a free hosting from site like lycos as they have their adsense on them.

Why don't you give us your url and lets see what the problem could be, as said above.

You have competitive ads to adsense on your sites. Perhaps that's the reason.

I am sure.... you'll get account now. Keep TOS in mind while using adsense.

I have applied for ypn thrice but always rejected. Whereas applied for adsense twice and got both the time in one week.
Adsense is much easier to get and ypn are very picky

YPN pays more according to most people. Google is so saturated that it pays less.

ypn pays more. It is better if you rotate your ad according to the geography area. Then you will make more money
