    Hey all,

I'm getting around 2-4 clicks a day on my site and i'm only getting 6cents a click? I was getting more than that when i started?? I have also seen on here some people getting like $1 a click? How do i get more for clicks?

    Thanks!

Clicks are worth near zero for me as well. Word on the forums is that the crisis has finally hit AdSense, but I think that the lower click values happened too quickly recently, I think something's been changed and I don't like it. As usual the total lack of transparency just retrofeeds these conspiracy theories....unfortunately we'll probably never know.

    CTR means Clickthrough rate

For example you have 100 impressions and you have 10 clicks, your CTR is 10%.. Any CTR higher than 3% is good enough.. Hiphop is not a high-earning niche..

Your CTR is good and sorry to say that hip hop news niche consider as low pay niche. It i hard to improve on the CPC. What you can try is imput more high pay keyword, but it wouldnt help much. I suggest you focus on getting more traffic

The only thing you can do is use the multi-color patlette for you adsense and keep your ads higher on your site.

the best thing you can do is increase or improve your traffic and hopefully that will give more clicks. Or you can create more pages on better paying niches.

It's all about targeting profitable niches you can just the Google Traffic Estimator to estimate the level of demand for a given niche and how much you should expect to earn for each click. Use this to decide on the best niches to target and then add relevant content around these niches to your blog or website. Niches linked to finance and debt always pay high CTR rates.
