Getting ads back on a banned site. Would this work?

Would this idea work to get ads serving again on a banned site?
If you had a site that was banned from Google Adsense ad serving could you not set up a brand new domain, copy all pages from the banned site to the brand new site (so basically the new site is a duplicate of the old site apart from the domain name is different) ….. but then……………. Redirect every page from the old site to the correct corresponding page on the new site?

    This way:

    a) the pages from your old (banned) site will still be in SERPS and hence get traffic (but redirected to the new site).
    b) the ads are being served on a brand new domain.

Would this work? Would Google find out? Do they check where traffic comes from and would they know it came from a banned site?

It's possible that it will work for some time.
But I am sure that your second site will be banned soon. (I have such experience:()

I see your point, but how would Google know the second ad serving site was linked to the first?

I should have pointed out that whatever got the first site banned (such as misplacing ads etc..) would be fixed for the new site.

They will find it and then ban that one do you think its worth the trouble. I would find out why it got banned then fix it then send a email to google to approve it

Tried that, then tried a year later and still no luck. They did reply but said they would not be putting ads back on the site. Like you say, probably not worth the risk.
