Getting a refund for unused ad credit

    I wanted to know if I can get unused ad credit back as an advertiser? I have $16.7 in my account that I don't need anymore...

    Normally not, but in your case it's not even possible because PayPal only allows refunds for 45 days (you are well beyond that time).
