Getting a refund for a transaction at DP

    I have been waiting for a service to be provided from a DP member for which I paid 2 weeks ago and now he is not returning messages. Is there any way to get DP involved or is my only recourse a negative itrader feedback?

    DP as an entity will not get involved. You need to use iTrade and the Paypal dispute system (or leave a bag of flaming dog poo on the guys porch if you know where he lives).

    Don't act too quickly - this guy may have a completely innocent explanation. Perhaps he's on holiday or fractured the fingers on his mouse hand. Have you tried email as well as PM? I'd certainly think very carefully if you have plans about naming and shaming.

    Yes exactly, The mods and admins ban and give infractions to decrease the risk of rule breakers thats enough.

    If you can't spot a scammer thats not really dp's fault.

    @CountryBoy:
    If the seller does not reply with in 48 hours, he will not anyway, taking things lightly does not help in here.

    Dp mods dont get involved in personal disputes . Leaving a negative itrader || feedback on thread and paypal dispute thingy are some of the ways .

    All I'm saying is that mud (and negative iTraders) tend to stick. Best not to act until the guy has had a chance to explain him self. I know 2 weeks is a long time, but if he has gone on holiday it could easily be for a fortnight.

    Well how about that. I see Directory verifications in my inbox. Only 2 weeks and 5 emails later it looks like he has begun work.
