I was banned unfairly a month ago for 'your AdSense account poses a risk of generating invalid activity'. Never had invalid clicks from myself, never bought traffic, kept to their Terms and Conditions strictly and only featured it on my small blog which I write original content for. After trying to appeal, offering proof that I had generally no clue why they banned me, they rejected my appeal. I had this account for just over a year now and it had roughly £34 when the minimum payout is £60. The account I made it under was using my girlfriends Google account. She currently lives with me but the name used in the Adsense is hers. I am very skeptical about creating another one under my own name as we live in the same house. I have a new website I am currently developing and 27 youtube videos getting a lot of views which I hope to gain a partnership from in the near future. Will I get banned again/rejected? I won't be using it on my previous website. Anyone else who has got banned like I have knows the frustration of losing everything you have worked up after a year. I understand I can use other ads but the main reason I want my Adsense back is to try to gain a Youtube partnership as my videos are getting a lot of views and it is really taking off. Thanks for anyone who can help..
I have actually written a book on this issue and put it for sale on amazon (See signature) as I am so fed up of answering these queries here. Basically people fail to realise that when they sign up to adsense they are signing a legal agreement the terms of which specifically prevent you from re-applying. To do so is fraud and in every country I can think of fraud is illegal. BUT!!! You do seem to present a pretty strong case that it was not you, and as you are not winging about it, then you do come across as genuine, of note is the wording they used 'your AdSense account poses a risk of generating invalid activity' - they didn't say that any invalid clicks had been generated just that there was a "risk of" which is a bit odd terminology to use. I would write back again asking for more specific detail as to what the so called risk is. This as they say, is an odd one. Of note is that they invite you to join youtube for adsense, you can't just apply.
I got rejected for one site and got in with the same details (and a different website, of course). It's fine.
