I changed my theme last week and all was well, then 2 days ago, this popped up on it:

WordPress database error: [Lost connection to MySQL server during query]
    SELECT DISTINCT YEAR(post_date) AS `year`, MONTH(post_date) AS `month`, count(ID) as posts FROM wp_posts WHERE post_type = 'post' AND post_status = 'publish' GROUP BY YEAR(post_date), MONTH(post_date) ORDER BY post_date DESC

I haven't added any new plugins or anything.
Anyone got a clue to what is going on?

    Any help would be appreciated,
    Thanks

Looks like a problem with your host's MySQL server. I'd check with them about internal hardware issues or something.

    (although I could be wrong.)

Got it fixed. Thank God I didn't try and fix it, it had nothing to do with me, it was a host error, thanks.
