Getting a Dedicated account Rep

After reading about that Google was mailing flash pens to customers I noticed that my account info reflected to my old house. I chatted with a google adwords specialist to see if they sent one or not, and told him that I just moved. He stated that only accounts with dedicated account reps get that gift. He dodged my question as to how much do I need to spend to get the account rep? Does anyone know how much you have to spend?

 

Offtopic: How can you chat live with adwords?

I don't know how much you would have to spend, but I bet it would be a lot. Does it mather if you manage several big spending accounts?

 

Go to support to fill a ticket. There is an option to talk to them via chat live on the page.

On the top right where it says contact us, then I selected other.
Then I selected none of the above. Then I clicked on the image that saidSave time! Chat live now with an AdWords Specialist.

 

anyways how much money does one need to spend to earn a Adwords Rep

 

I don't know an exact amount, but it is thousands upon thousands of dollars a month for sure.
