getting a CTR over 20% should i be afraid

I am getting a CTR over 20% is it normal or should i be afraid to be banned.

The site is a Proxy and The advertise site is adengage.com

 

Take a look into the ToS of the site, at what point will they investigate your site? are you aware of any illicit activities such as persuaded clicks etc?

 

i am not using any illicit activities such as persuaded clicks etc.

but i had heard that is very rare to get 20% in ctr and i had heard that sites get banned from adsense because of high ctr

 

20% CTR should be investigated.

 

if you're not doing anything wrong - don't worry about it.

I have had CTRs of 15% in the past for a really specialised niche in Google Adwords uk.

If you aren't doing anything to brake the rules just sit back and enjoy the glow of doing something other people rarely achieve. A 20% CTR is amazing - you must have found quite a niche there.

 

Well if you are doing nothing wrong and have not broken any code of conduct, congratulations on such a high CTR =D

 

I think That is Ok as long as you do not click by yourself and visitor from SE..do not be affraid

A CTR that high there is a chance Google would shut you down if they feel you're a risk to their advertisers.

Remember, this is a proxy site too!

If ads are being properly targetted, then a higher CTR is to be expected.

I dont think your CTR would get you banned alone. But if you are worried, you could always send them an email and ask them if there is anything to worry about.

 

I would check to make sure everything on the site is in compliance with adsense TOS, otherwise you should be fine, but it's also possible you will get shut down randomly by google as this has been known to happen.

 

I believe you should be fine with the 20% click through rate. Just don't do anything wrong
