Getting a better page rank with certain keywords

    I have opened a site not so long ago and I was wondering how I was to get a high ranking with certain keywords?

    The keywords I want to use are "Football Forums"

    Get the link with anchor text with keyword from theme based website as you can.

    anchor text is the text that linked to your website,
    i you see my signature, you will see baby care, this text link to my blog titled baby care, so baby care is anchor text that contain keyword linked to my blog
