Getting 500 Internal Server Error while trying to access my site

    Can you please help me to fix below error?

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Please help me how to fix up?

    go to cpanel>server errors, it will show you the cause of the error, well, usually

    also, goto ftp, and find error_log file, it will also have info about the issue.

    And also, learn to use the proper channels - like what it says in the status message, contact your server's administrator. If that is you, read up on logs, and what a 500-error could entice. Usually it's an error in a script file somewhere which results in a fatal error, but doesn't trigger the default error-handling.
    The advice above is of course sound, if you actually do have cPanel installed on the server, that is.

    This is give the error that occurred, while you tried to access your website. Also, if the issue encountered after installing some pluging then you need to find the .htaccess file in your wordpress website and remove that plugin entry from the file.

    If you are using yoast SEO for your wordpress website then you can go to SEO--> TOOLS--> FILE EDITOR --> .htaccess and then you can edit the plugin detail if you have that plugin issue
