getting 403 Forbidden errors on Apache2

I've just setup Apache2 and tried to configure a virtualhost, but whenever I try to access the test page, I get the 403 Forbidden error. I've no clue what the cause is, as <directory /> doesn't have a Deny from all command...

I've attached my httpd.conf file so hopefully someone can track the error down (i removed all the comments to shrink the filesize so I could upload it)...

Do you have some sort of index.* page in the new vhost site you created?
