I bet you're hosting all or the majority of these 50 directories on the same server? If that is so thenthat might be the reason why you'r probably not on the first page on google. Try diversifying the hosts - I mean try and have about six diferent hosts for those 50 directories and you're gonna rank much higher for the med-sites.com website. Ping....
