300 visitors per month and earning 3$ is good. U have to work on increasing ur site traffic.Try to get 3k-5kvisitors u will get reasonable money.

$3 for 10 clicks is ok, it's not bad, still it's not great...

 

get more traffic your cpc seems to be very good ... you can improve it by blending then inside the website of urs .

 

You have to find ways to convert those 300 visitors. The crappiest keywords in google pay .05, you probably get 70% of that which is .03 cents per click. If you are getting 300 visitors a day and are earning $3.00 you are probably getting almost 100 visitors to click ads. You have to get more traffic in and play with more ad ideas, affiliate, etc..

 

You hit the nail with this one. Even with $3/day from 300 uniques/day is good. He needs to increase traffic.

findashish, if your traffic is currently coming from search engines, then you're on the right track. First step I think is for you to check where you are in the SERPs; if you're in page 5, 6 or maybe 10, then you might want to improve your linking strategy or build more content to up your PR or something, so that you'll be better listed in the results.

Increase traffic, increase CTR and increase CPCs. Promote you site whereever and whenever possible without breaking AdSense rules. Social bookmarking sites, forums, article directories even try YouTube and using free PDF's anything to get people passing through your site.

Do some heavy SEO. Research keywords and place them correctly within the content of your site. Also look out for high value keywords that help you get quality AdSense ads with high CPCs.

If you apply some of the suggested tips listed above, you'll get more people passing through your site.
