    The tool is probably a good way to get your site indexed quicker if you are a new site. In terms of effectiveness (if you are talking about SEO) then probably wouldn't boost your rankings or anything like that to much degree.

    I think you need to click on every link. I'm in the process of doing that one by one. Some links don't work as expected, but otherwise it looks like it's working.

    Again, as already mentioned several times, this helps you to get your site crawled and indexed, but in terms of improving rankings it's pretty much useless.
