When I make a new post in my blog,it gets indexed in google within 10 minutes and shows that post in google for hot keywords within 30 minutes,But the problem is that the same post disappears from google index by 24 hours!!!!My blog is has 3000 unique visits per day and is top for many hot keywords .Around 50% of my traffic is from google alone! Still why am I having the problem?

Maybe its because Google detects some copies content or something.
    Is your content unique??
Do you link blast your new blog post to get more backlinks?? If that's the case then Google removes your post because of the sudden increase of backlinks.
But I'm not very sure about this.

are you writing your own content? this is common for sites with copied content where google removed the pages with duplicate content form indexing. if the content is original, then they should get reindexed eventually

My blog is 3.5 years old and have around 900 posts.... Alexa Traffic rank of 1 lakh, have around 1000 pages indexed in the primary index. I am damn sure that My content is unique as I myself is writing the content... i dont know whether some others copy mine.... But the copyscape results shows no copied pages!

I think you don't need to worry about it. When the page is indexed by google for the first time, your page is just stored in a temporary database, you index and rank are just temporary. Then google will need some time to analyze your page and give it a stable rank. During this period, your page will disappear for a few days. But will reappear very soon. After your page reappears again, it will never disappear again. I met this condition for all my new posts of my blog.

Agree with amoona, I see this with my site all the time. It is a temporary ranking when the page is fresh. Then once the backlinks to the page are taken into account, the page will settle in the search engine in the rank that Google feels is correct.

What is the url of the website, It'll be easier to tell if there is some other issue or not.

With 3,000 unique visitors PER DAY, you do NOT have a Google problem.

You should be busy counting your earnings.

Have you looked in webmaster tools to see if you have any issues, especially with duplicate titles.

A search over the last week shows 10 url indexed, but take a look at the titles, they are all very similar.

    Sarahturned,

Its not duplicate titles,BUt am following the title tag structure displaying the page title first followed by the blogpost title.I am thinking of changing it to post title followed by blog title, but I am afraid whether it will affect the serpsS!?

I've completely removed blog title and have seen an improvement in my rankings. If you don't want to remove them, why not put the blog title at the end so more emphasis goes to post title.

Were you building links for a while until you got to this point? If you dont' keep building those links, you could experience this problem.
