Selling GetInShapeTips.net - Great Fitness Affiliate Site.

I have a great looking health and fitness site up for sale to one lucky bidder.

This site was registered and created by me December 22th, 2008.

I have submitted the site's RSS feed to several RSS directories, but have done no other promotion of the site. I built this as a start up site for a client last year, but he ended up taking another niche site of mine instead and this site just sat in inventory, unattended.

The Basics:

* Registered at Godaddy.com through December 22, 2009 (Free Push)
* No significant traffic or income to report (New/Unpromoted Site).
* All products promoted are on Clickbank.
* Also uses Adsense as an income source.
* There are several PLR articles (somewhat re-written)posted to the site for content. (All Indexed at Google)
* Product reviews are from affiliate resources and/or PLR articles.
* I will assist in the transfer to your own host.
* I will show you how the site is set up and operates. It is easy to change adsense ads and add your own updated content.
* It is Wordpress platform and I have a developers license for the premium theme used and have customized it quite a bit.
* I can help you change your affiliate links, just provide me with your Clickbank ID.

Health and Fitness is always a HOT niche.

This site set-up is GREAT for article marketing as each product has it's own "landing page" and the articles posted on the blog will bring in search engine traffic.
