    Pulling a search of 50 per day for "get fit". Look around and target health clubs with this name. As you know the value is finding the person that needs this name and is willing to pay a little for it.

    for just 39 searches per day!?!? how come?

    So, If I register a .eu-domain, with the kw-phrase that has around 250 searches/day (overture) only for the UK market. Would that also be worth 4-figs :D

    If I include the US market then it is another 13k searches per day on the kw, and the KEI is over 5k ...

    I would say because it is very brandable. Nice domain by the way. I'm sure someone will come along who would pay a lot for that.
