I'm not a fan of outsourcing link building (unless my clients are outsourcing to me!). Just find footprints to use on Google for .gov and .edu backlinks. Honestly, they aren't very hard to find. I find auto approve comments that haven't been commented on at all every once in a while and I don't even pursue them, so they are all out there waiting for you to find them.

this is a true example of why you need to research a company "BEFORE" ordering the service. i myself am not familiar with them so can't comment.

If it is credit card deal, can we make a fraud report to VISA and Master to get back the money? or stop company to offer such product.

I had the same experience. I purchased 30 .EDU backlinks for a client and I have not received anything. I have an open claim with Paypal. I have emailed them 3 times and all I get is an email stating that they will be in contact with me shortly. I hope I get my money back!!

It's always wise to research the company you are buying from before making a purchase. Furthermore, check their search engine rankings. If they aren't good, the chances are that the service they are offering isn't fantastic either.
