Hello, I am selling my website getanexus7.com.

Basically, the user sends their name and email. They are saved in a database (with their country), so you can use the emails for marketing later.
Then, depending the country, they are redirected to an offer. I promote offers from peerfly, cpaway, and adscendmedia.

I'm making an average of $35/day (sometimes more).

I've been testing a lot of offers, and some of them convert really well.

I advertise this site using yahoo answers accounts, facebook accounts, and I post on forums. I doesn't take me more than 1 hour a day.

Now, why am I selling the site?
I make this kind of sites to earn some extra money, but because of my work, I have to travel a lot every 2~3 months, that's why I won't be able to keep the site for me.

The auction will last only 3 days, and it will start @ $100 USD.
Increments: $10 USD min.

The buyer will get:
- Full site.
- Database will already existing emails.
- Domain (free push to namecheap account).
- I will install the site for you (if you want).

There's NO reserve. That means the site will be sold to the highest bidder.

Hello, I don't spend money on advertising. I do it by myself, posting on forums, facebook, yahoo answers, etc. I wanted to try youtube videos but I didn't have time.
I don't know if spending money on advertising would be the best, I haven't tried!.

 

So the site practically has no traffic. If you can keep doing the promotion and bringing traffic to the site, i'd think to buy.

No, they don't. It's just a landing page, and then they will be redirected to an offer, I usually use email-submits or short-form registration. I've had sites of this kind before and they made me a lot of money. Plus, I can use their emails later for marketing.

 

what kind of promotion you have done to this site? will you teach the buyer how to maintain and continue that earning? because what you have claimed for the earning is a serious money though

 

Hello, as I've mentioned, I've done advertising on facebook, forums, yahoo answers, and different social networks. I've done some email marketing too.
Sure, I have no problems teaching the buyer how to maintain the site.
One thing I haven't tried is paid advertising, but I will gift the buyer with a $50 Adwords voucher, in case he/she wants to try.

About the earnings, I'm sure it can make that amount of money in the next few months if you keep advertising and redirecting the users to some good offers. (I use peerfly mainly, but that's up to the buyer).
