    This could be very strange. They are the top leaders of freelancers websites ,they could afford to make a call line ,at least a simple phone number with 1 support guy who could answer during some hours.
    I did try to contact them via their support ticket panel ,they answer very hard.It was much better with everything before the new company installed new layout and perhaps new stuff.
