getafreelancer.com - escrow payment

    Hi,

    I post a project at getafreelancer.com and pay 50% to the freelancer, but the freelancer dont finish the project and now i receive e-mail from getafreelancer.com with this message:
    $100 Done escrow payment (Other reason: Deposit refound project)

    What this means? Can i transfer the money to paypal?

    Open a dispute with paypal,GAF will refund the money.
