Get Youtube Videos In Blog Post?

    I'm just using the embed code you can get on youtube to put a video in my blog post, but it's not showing up, it's just messing up the whole template and nothing shows.

    What could be wrong?

    If you are using wordpress go to users and uncheck "Use the visual rich editor when writing" at the bottom. The visual editor eats the embed code.

    If you're using Blogger it should be really easy. Just click on the HTML tab when you are composing your post and paste the embed code.

    Just got to WordPress and search plug-ins for Youtube. I got a plug in and all I have to do is type this....

    [youtube Klkaejew] The wacky letters is the youtube crap at the end of the url.

    Sorry about the hijacking.....

    Does anyone know an easy way to embed YouTube using the smaller thumbnail views ? I have a feeling I need to use the API to do this.

    i'm using plugin. the name is WPvideo. go here and get it http://www.skarcha.com/wp-plugins/wpvideo/

    after you install and activate it, you can insert video in your post.
    the example to put code as below:
    <video>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0p0NWl-xSBM</video>
