The page you listed as the link above does not show in google cache yet for me, and has yesterdays date.
Even the home index page does not show as having a google cache yet according to my google toolbar.

 

submitting to aboutus.org should probably be included in everyones seo plan!!

I post on my blog, social book mark it, and sometimes im getting that post indexed within 5 minutes. Follow googles guidlines on indexing, submit a sitemap etc.. an let google do it naturally

I don't really understand why some people are so impatient. I usually just register at Webmaster Tools, and a couple days later, it's indexed.

 

Just put it on digg or twitter - the easiest way to get indexed.

Indexing is the least of the worries..how about ranking? but good tips for indexing faster. What I usually do is try to have things properly interlinked onpage and then build some backlinks to the core parts of the site and have the spiders follow it from there.
