    Hi,
    Very few people are aware of API services for World timezone. Developers mostly use Google API for same. But other than google there are very few people who provides this service for free. www.timezdb.com is one of the World Time Zone API service provider. This API can be used on your websites and applications for free. I have not seen much discussions specially on this topic. More suggestions are welcome.

    There are actually tons of libraries to fetch time zone information. It's so easy a service isn't needed. Which may be why there aren't many services over a network for a task that is accomplished in a library.
