Pardon me if i'm wrong .. but from my experience, as soon as you set up a blog and post the first post on it - the google bot (along with many others) arrive on your site within an hour.. that's because of the built-in pinging of wordpress

for other sites - you may just manually ping some ping services or put up a link or two on frequently indexed sites (such as DP) and the bots will be visiting your site in no time.

anyway .. why are you so concerned about when will it visit your site ? The era of "submit your site to search engines" is history .. all you need to do is put up a link somewhere and your site will get indexed very soon

 

You are right.. but most of the time it's wrong.. you can check it yourself...
even bot crawl your site it will take time to show in google search result.. what we are doing is making the process faster using some unique tricks.
