    anyway submitting to live.com will immediately indexed by live.com engine, that tips should be good for live.com

    for the other 2 engine make sure you submit your to a site with high pagerank site and your page linked at their frequently visited page and frequently spidered page, that should have high pagerank too to get indexed will help your site to get indexed fast
