    Google will find your site a lot quicker if you add a link to your site on a popular site or page regularly indexed by Google and other Search Engines, like this forum.

    Well i guess not actually, posting your url in the signature column in DP will honestly get you indexed much faster. Save everyone the trouble.

    If u add the url in google it will take time to be indexd,so better dont do it.

    The following are some of the common ways to get your site indexed:

    1. Google Add URL (As mentioned).
    2. Submit Google sitemap
    3. Include the URL on a popular page (high PR + fresh content).


    You can also try to send your URL through an email Matt Cutts..
    (just kidding)

    Submit your link to digg and you will get indexed in 24 hours...
    I tested it with some of my sites and it really works good.
    You only need to write a good description and a catchy title. ;)

    based on my experience sending your site to high traffic, high pagerank and frequently visited (spidered) by googlebot, a site like digg will get your site indexed faster, i have one blog never submit to google yet, its already indexed by google within 24 hours i submitted to digg

    i have one website which i do the other way around submit to google, MSN and then yahoo, takes longer time to get indexed
