dude, i realize it has been a bit irritating having to wait so long, but he is giving us an extra site. i think this is a good compensation considering.

Its not that.

I'm usually very nice, like I was when he originally told me he had some issues. I just don't appreciate the fact that I had to contact HIM 3 days after he "promised" me my site in order to get an update on what was going on.

I also don't appreciate the fact that he told us all it would be done within 24 hours and that never happened .

My two proxies were ordered almost two months now and since then they've been up for only a week. I've contacted karan many times, but he explained that he has some server problems then and he has exams, so I decided to give this guy some time and not to force him. Well after that I've asked him nicely to tell me what is going on and when are my proxies going to be up, and he always replied that he is going to do a "free" promotion once again and give me "two months" free, but with no effect. That happened three times since my proxies were down. I PM him, he assures me that they are going to be up in 72 hours and then nothing happens. I specially bought two com domains for this and haven't seen a dime.

Karan if you can't do what you promised, please give me a refund.

Unfortunately, my server had experienced a major crash and had been down (including my own sites as well) for about 72 hours and is still undergoing some work.

I do realize that these few weeks have been disastrous in context to this particular service of mine and I also agree that my clients who have ordered from me during this period have every right to express their disappointment.

This kind of a depression in my service, especially this one has never been expressed in the past and it really is, much more than a shame for me.

As another compensation for the recent unfortunate happenings, all clients who have ordered between 10th January till date will get 2 proxy websites (irrespective of what package they have ordered) absolutely FREE of cost WITH promotion.

I will try my level best to not let such events occur in the near future.

From now onwards, I officially announce that if an order is not delivered within 72 hours after payment, the order will be delivered to the client FREE of cost and their payment will be refunded in full. Yes, the same like your local pizza store offers you a 30 minute delivery guarantee!

I ordered 2 proxy sites 2 months ago that dont work like they should, I sent him so many pms after he said he would change the script to fix them in 24hrs..yea right that was 2 months ago and still waiting.
Ive made less than $1 from those sites in 2 months.
