I need a few fixes to my WordPress theme at yourvideostoreshelf.com (I can't link this because I'm a new member)

I like the actual theme but whoever coded it made a mess and I don't know the first thing about fixing things. I'd rather just pay someone to get it done.

- Default link color is not blue
- I have 34 failed validation errors when the XHTML is checked
- Links are only displayed five at a time and individual categories do not show up.
- Sub-categories in the category section do not appear, although they appear on the post itself (for example, MTI Home Video, a subcategory of Reviews, appears on this post (yourvideostoreshelf.com/?p=104) but does not show up on the side panel.
- The number of posts available for each category does not display.
- Make the text of the headline (on the above link - 12 Days of Terror Review) a bit smaller.
- Whenever I add in a MORE_TEXT_TAG is appears immediately under the last line of text. I'd like one blank line before that, and, if possible, for the Read More... to be bolded.
- I'd like a separate red box on the right (above the Google ad box) that displays all the various buttons (Add to Podcast Pickle, Add to Yahoo, Feedburn, etc.) that blog sites have.
- I'd like the bottom of my posts to have the E-Mail This, E-Mail the Author, Digg This!, and Stumble It! options that Feedburner has.
