    I add custom referrer and blank referrer feature, will this help me to grow fast?

    I personally think you need a bit of redesigning to do. Currently the site looks too basic to my taste. Why don't you add some nice graphics and colors to it? Make it look appealing to the eye and then the likelihood of visitors sticking around will increase.

    And yes, adding a referral feature will too increase the likelihood of visitors being interested in your service, but you need to take care of the site's design first.

    Just my two cents.

    Yeah I would agree, it looks like you are using PES Pro which is bascilly a template that is a clone of other popular exchange sites. I would change up your design/look/and feel for the site as well as start promoting the site using social media. Get people to start sharing your site across multiple networks

    It'll be more effective than other type of advertising.

    Are you thinking that site owners will be looking at their logs and wanting to visit the sites that have referred people to them?
    I'm not sure people do that anymore...
