    Sooner or later the Digg crowd will start bashing DP for all these threads. One guy is even buying Votes now, talking rigging the system!

    I'd recommend posting in the Underground and not posting your Digg handle if you want to avoid trouble. I just read their TOS and didn't find anything specific about inflating votes by referring people but it could fall under the general rule of not using the system as it wasn't intended...

    You know how harsh they can be so don't piss in their alley...

    PS Same counts for Cool Site of the Day really...

    Shouted but i think im banned and my diggs no longer count lol

    They did not like my post about Blog reporter being a digg clone for blogs. I got 21 diggs in minutes as well, without even asking. Then it got deleted.

    With CSOTD they encourage you to get friends to vote (more traffic for them I guess) and I wouldn't of thought they'd have any problems with asking forums. Multiple votes would probably be against the rules but there is still nothing to say you can't.

    Digg on the other hand is a different matter and paying for diggs is going to get you marked as a spammer.
