get updates on google plus page from facebook page & website rss feeds... how?

    Hi

    I need help on below:

    1. I wnt to connect my facebook page and Google plus pages. I want to transfer all facebook updates automatically to my Google plus page. how can i do this?
    2. Same Google plus page, I want to connect with website RSS feeds and get updates automatically from website rss feeds, how do I connect them? How can I do this?
